1. Our Commitment
At Global Manav Care Sales & Marketing Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering genuine, quality products. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged or defective
The wrong product was delivered
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

Products that have been opened or partially used
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Orders where the return request is raised after 7 days of delivery

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Include your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days to guide you through the process.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
For COD orders, refunds will be transferred via bank transfer / UPI — please provide your bank details when raising the request
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), GMC will bear the return shipping cost
For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer

6. Exchange
We offer product exchange for damaged or defective items, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests follow the same 7-day window and process as returns.
7. Non-Returnable Products
The following cannot be returned:

Opened health supplements or consumables
Personal care products (soap, face wash, dental care) once opened
Products purchased during a special sale or promotional offer (unless defective)

8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please follow the return process instead.
