1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation via SMS and/or email once your order is placed.
2. Shipping Coverage We deliver Pan India — to all states and union territories of India. International shipping is currently not available.
3. Delivery Timeline Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 3–5 business days for most locations across India.

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. GMC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or damaged product delivered by GMC.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes across India. COD availability is shown at checkout based on your delivery pin code. A nominal COD handling fee may apply on select orders.
6. Shipment Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details via SMS and/or email. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website. For any tracking assistance, contact us at theglobalmanavcare@gmail.com or call +91 8218652246.
7. Courier Partners We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Ekart, DTDC, Bluedart, and India Post. The courier is assigned based on your location to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
8. Packaging All GMC products are packed securely in tamper-proof packaging to ensure safe delivery. If you notice any damage to the outer packaging at the time of delivery, please photograph or video it before opening and contact us immediately.
9. Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO) If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept:
- The courier will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times
- After failed attempts, the order is returned to our warehouse (RTO)
- For prepaid orders returned to us — a refund will be processed after deducting forward and return shipping charges
- For COD orders returned to us — no refund is applicable as no payment was collected
Please ensure your full address, pin code, and contact number are correct when placing your order. GMC is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
10. Lost or Missing Shipments In the rare event of a lost shipment, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will raise a dispute with the courier and resolve it within 7–10 business days. A replacement or full refund will be provided based on the investigation result.
11. Multiple Items in One Order If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped together or in separate packages depending on stock availability. Separate tracking details will be shared for each package where applicable.
12. Address Change After Order Placement Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched. Contact us immediately at:
